Richard E. Kehoe is a senior vice president of Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions, Inc. and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin. Mr. Kehoe has more than 40 years of real estate sales and broker management experience. He joined Inland in January 1985 and developed a highly respected brokerage group servicing and advising individual investors and corporate clients with commercial property needs throughout Chicagoland as well as southeast Wisconsin. Mr. Kehoe has overseen the disposition of more than $200 million in property, including retail centers, multi-family, office, industrial and development land. In addition to conventional real estate brokerage, Mr. Kehoe conducted Chicagoland’s largest single-day real estate auction twice a year for almost 20 years. The Chicagoland Auction featured more than 150 properties and included investment, commercial and residential real estate in the six collar counties, as well as Chicago. Mr. Kehoe is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and is an honored veteran, having served as an Infantry Captain in the Armed Forces. Mr. Kehoe is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (CAR), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
