Richard L. Kemp has been involved in investment real estate from a variety of sides of the business since 1979 and has been with Westlake Associates, Inc. since 1988. Currently a Partner and the General Manager of Westlake Associates, Inc., Mr. Kemp currently functions as a commercial real estate broker, professional property manager for clients with multifamily and retail investment properties, and is an owner and developer of local Seattle apartment investment real estate. Richard L. Kemp brings a unique and broad combination of knowledge, experience, performance and integrity to investment real estate. His responsibilities are:
