Bio
Richard E. (Dick) LeBlanc was born in Louisiana, grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Paschal High School. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1970 and Master's of Business Administration from Texas Christian University in 1971. He currently resides in Dallas where he has lived since 1974.
Dick began his real estate career in 1974 as an agent with Dan Majors & Company, a commercial real estate brokerage firm. In 1977, Majors/LeBlanc was formed to specialize in the sale of sites to developers and users, an association that remained active until 1989. In 1984, Dick entered the real estate development business with the formation of Hanover Property Company.
Dick is a reserve elder at Highland Park Presbyterian Church where he actively supports outreach activities such as Prison Ministries and Food For Thought. Dick has been a member of the Salesmanship Club since 1987 and served on the Board of Directors, Camp Board and committees of the annual Byron Nelson Golf Tournament.
