Richard Mainardi, Jr., serves as Vice President of Mainardi Management Company and is a graduate of Ramapo College. He is a Property Manager and supervises the maintenance, renovation, and expansion of the properties under his care. He also handles the leasing for the various properties which he manages and is active in seeking out new properties for purchase by the Company. Richard is the Broker of Record for Mainardi Management Co. and has worked for that Company since 1993. Mr. Mainardi serves as the president of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic (NJ).
