Richard joined MLB Capital Partners in 2020 and is responsible for sourcing and analyzing new acquisitions for MLB and Underbelly Hospitality.
With nearly a decade of real estate experience, Richard has been involved in a variety of land, industrial, and retail transactions. Prior to joining MLB Capital Partners, Richard spent 5 years with Avison Young’s Houston Office focusing on land, industrial and investment properties.
Richard's skills in overall location analysis of the Houston market help him effectively negotiate and advise owners and users in a variety of land and industrial transactions. Richard provides clients intelligent real estate solutions for acquiring and/ or selling land and investment properties, and helping companies to position listings for the highest possible return on the asset. He also co-manages all leasing efforts for The Houston Farmers’ Market, where he offers breakdowns on their current and potential tenants to help drive the promotion of their redevelopment project.
