Richard has essentially been doing the same job for nearly 40 years. Whilst that may sound a bit dull, he still finds the changes in the investment and occupational markets and the impact on pricing and investor demand as interesting now as in 1985.
He is lucky to have built up a reasonably loyal group of clients and has developed the business space investment team and wider UK investment division with an enthusiastic bunch of, thankfully, much younger people.
In short, Richard advises investors and developers on a wide range of sales, acquisitions and development funding, and the team prides itself on the intimate knowledge of local markets and investor and development clients.
