Bio
As a Managing Principal and Broker of Record for the Washington, DC region, Rich is responsible for maintaining the success of offices in DC, Maryland and Virginia. His priorities include occupier strategy, transaction management, recruiting, retention, project management liaison. With 40 years of experience, Rich’s skill set includes managing client relations, strategic oversight, negotiating complex transactions including leases, sale leasebacks and evaluating lease/buy alternatives.
Rich spent 10 years on Cresa’s Board of Directors including stints as both Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board. He is the former Director-in-Charge of Cresa Cares, Cresa’s non-profit which gives back to communities throughout the United States both financially and by active participation. He serves on the board of Cresa’s Diversity Council and is a co-leader of Cresa’s Life Sciences Practice Group.
