Bio
Rich joined Latter & Blum in December 1982 and for 38 years has been an integral part of the company’s commercial brokerage operation. For 22 years, Rich served as Vice President and Director of Latter & Blum’s Commercial Sales division, where he oversaw the largest and most successful commercial brokerage company in the Gulf South. Under Rich’s direction, Latter & Blum’s 54 commercial associates completed over 750 sales and leasing transactions annually.
In November 2008 Rich stepped down from his leadership role to pursue full-time what he enjoys most – being fully involved in commercial and investment transactions. He brings over 38 years of real estate experience and unparalleled perspective to each of his clients.
