Richard began his career working with a major developer, West*Group in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia for six years. He moved to Richmond to focus on brokerage and joined Thalhimer in 1996. Richard brings over 25 years of experience with a variety of product types ranging from power centers and strip centers to rehab projects. Richard has represented REITs and investors alike, while also excelling in tenant representation of medical prospects and retail tenants, site selection and market analysis. His success has landed him numerous national accounts with retailers such as Petco, Dollar Tree, UPS, Supercuts and Tuesday Morning. His experience in pre-leasing development projects and leasing of numerous centers throughout the State of Virginia has served his clients well.
