Richard joined the Edinburgh office in 1995 and specialises in strategic development land agreements, development promotion, sales and valuations.
Richard started his career in property in 1986 and qualified as a surveyor in 1989. He acts as the client contact on a number of managed portfolios but specialises in the promotion of strategic land for development across Scotland. He is also experienced in development viability assessments, development sales and valuation of assets.
Richard also has a wide experience of negotiating commercial terms for a variety of projects including offshore cable agreements, large-scale energy projects, compensation claims and new lease terms for non-standard asset classes.
