Rick began his career in commercial real estate in 1993. Since then, he has accumulated a great deal of experience in all aspects of industrial real estate, and been involved in numerous land developments, build-to-suit projects, investment and user sales, and leases. His clients include national commercial real estate developers, well-known institutional investors, publicly traded real estate investment trusts, and Fortune 1000 companies. He has a deep understanding of the industrial real estate market at both the local and national levels, and a strong awareness of the constantly changing dynamics that influence the decision-making process.
