Richard has over 15 years' experience in the Birmingham and wider Midlands commercial real estate market. Prior to joining JLL, Richard spent three years as joint head of LSH’s Office Agency team, and previously held the role of Head of City Centre Office Agency at Colliers International.
Richard advises both occupier and landlord clients on leasing mandates, refurbishment/development consultancy, and tenant acquisition.
