Bio
Richard was formerly head of Commercial Property Partners (CPP) Capital Markets team operating nationally, having established CPP's London office. Prior to CPP, Richard spent 5 years working within Strutt and Parkers Capital Markets team specialising in the Logistics and MLI sectors.
Richard has advised on a wide range of property sales and acquisitions, including structuring fundings, sale and leasebacks and portfolio sales, the majority of which have been in the industrial sector, transacting over £750m.
Richard has advised on a number of notable transactions within the Yorkshire region and nationally, the most recent was a Sainsburys distribution centre in the Midlands on behalf of a Pension fund for £98m.
