Richard Yaffe, R.A. has more than 40 years experience in the real estate and building industries. He handles all aspects of asset management, including lease negotiations, tenant relations, capital improvements, financing and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Yaffe oversees third-party property management and Triangle's in-house architecture department. Prior to joining Triangle Properties, Mr. Yaffe served as Project Manager at Superstructures, a highly respected architectural and engineering firm located in New York City. Mr. Yaffe is a Registered Architect and Licensed Broker in New York. He is a founding Director and long-term Treasurer of BOMA - Long Island. Mr. Yaffe holds a BS degree in Architecture and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan.
