Rick brings experience in the field of Advertising and Finance to our South Jersey office. Rick is a retail specialist in the Southern New Jersey & Southeastern Pennsylvania markets. Prior to joining NAI Mertz, Rick was a member and registered options trader on the Philadelphia and American Stock Exchanges, where he traded and managed a portfolio of equity and equity option positions.
Since 2007 Rick has successfully maintained working relationships with: American Apparel, BioScrip Pharmaceuticals, Cricket Communications, Festival Republic, Gregory's Furniture, Hertz, Ombudsman Educational Services, Performance Bicycle, Pet PT, Rent n Roll, and The Salvation Army. In addition, Rick is also involved with retail, senior housing and hotel developers and investors.
