Rick Halliday's real estate experience dates back to 1985 when he focused on building operations and developing an in-depth understanding of building systems and construction.
Since joining Prospero in 1999, Rick has primarily been involved in retail and commercial management, as well as the redevelopment and tenanting of major retail and mixed-use properties in the Lower Mainland, the Interior of B.C., and Vancouver Island. As Vice President of Commercial Properties, Rick holds excellent relationships with national tenants and tenant representatives and local brokers. Additionally, his experience in operations and construction have been invaluable in tenant improvements, property redevelopment, and expansions.
