Rick Kelly is a Senior Vice President at AMR. He has been a licensed Salesperson in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia since 2000 when he joined the team at AMR Commercial. Rick Kelly has been with AMR Commercial 21 years and in the business for 23 years. He has a wide variety of experiences within the commercial real estate business including development, property management, asset management, ownership, and tenant and landlord representation, and buyer and seller representation.
He graduated from Bensalem HS (PA) in 1983 and The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park in 1987. He resides in Montgomery Village, Maryland with his wife of 26 years, Carol, and has two adult children. Rick enjoys competing and still plays competitive beach volleyball, ice hockey and golf with his regular foursome. On the weekends he enjoys his family time at his getaway home on the Potomac River where he keeps busy with boating and waterskiing. Rick does both leasing and sales and considers his strength the personal service he provides his clients above and beyond a traditional broker. He loves what he does and is proud to have been part of the team at AMR now for over 20 years!
