Rick is the designated broker for TRF Pacific, LLC and past ICSC Alaska / Washington State Director. He enjoy speaking about retail development, sharing his business experiences and exchanging ideas about underwriting new business, negotiating leases and prospecting for new tenants. His family enjoy travel and the outdoors. If there's spare time he enjoy fishing, hunting and trading options.
TRF Pacific, LLC has developed 57 projects around the Northwest, primarily with grocery anchor tenants. We are thankful for our broker and tenant relationships and structure about 60 lease transactions annually. The TRF team backfills vacancy, launches new retail developments and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that our tenants, landowners, investors and vendors have the right information and strategies for making business decisions that drive asset value and long term wealth.
