Rick Perez is a Broker Associate, REALTOR®, and Team Lead at Rock ‘n’ Real Estate with REAL BROKER. Rick is a lifelong musician, singer, and songwriter who retired from AT&T in 2008. Born and raised in Visalia, California, Rick is married with 3 children and is a member and past president of the Visalia Breakfast Lions and Zone Chair. As a Graduate Of The Real Estate Institute and a member of the Tulare County, California, and National Associations of REALTORS®, Rick founded Rock ‘n’ Real Estate with an emphasis on investment, distressed, commercial, and luxury properties.
Since 2014 Rock ‘n’ Real Estate has expanded by partnering with HR departments. Rock ‘n’ Real Estate offers up community tours to candidates considering job opportunities and eventually assisting with the purchase of their new home. Team members of Rock ‘n’ Real Estate give back through time and treasure by being involved with The Visalia Breakfast Lions Club, CASA, Habitat for Humanity, The Visalia Chamber of Commerce, and various other places of worship throughout our community.
