Rick Reeder serves as an Executive Managing Director in the company’s San Diego office in Southern California. A 40-year corporate real estate veteran, Rick has substantial expertise in investment properties and capital markets with a primary focus on the San Diego and Las Vegas markets. He has a reputation for crafting creative solutions for the sale of complex land transactions, high-image single asset sales and multi-property portfolios.
Rick came to Newmark after serving as an Executive Managing Director for over 30 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for closing over $10 billion in sale transactions and representing many of the world’s most active and well-known institutional investors. He has successfully closed a significant number of the region’s most notable office, life science, land and industrial sales.
