Bio
Richard (Rick) Vaughn has been involved in real estate in Atlanta since 1980. Mr. Vaughn is active in all of Atlanta’s major submarkets representing various tenants/buyers as well as landlord/sellers. He joined Colliers International in 2009 as a Vice President.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Vaughn was the Director of Real Estate at HD Supply and a real estate manager at Home Depot. There Mr. Vaughn was responsible for the asset management, disposition, leasing, land sales and development activity. Prior to his career at HD Supply, Mr. Vaughn was the Vice President of Development at Dexter Companies, LLC. There he was responsible for all development activities of land, offi ce, retail and industrial properties. He completed a three-phase, seven office and industrial building complex totaling over 425,000 square feet and valued at over $31 million.
