Rick is a team leader, known for providing strategic guidance and creative solutions to private capital, public and private institutions with significant real estate assets. As a former big ten varsity wrestler he is known for his work ethic, focus, and perseverance. These life skills have enabled his teams to successfully consummate over $9.9 billion in transactions during the past few decades. His cliental is literally a “who’s who” of institutional developers, public and private organizations. Rick was born and raised in a wine and dairy farming community in the finger lakes region of upstate New York. He and his wife, Diana reside on Balboa Island and Lake Arrowhead and enjoy recreational sailing, boating, hiking and spending time with the families of their 3 grown sons and 7 grandchildren.
