Ricky Partida is a Brokerage Coordinator and licensed multifamily investment specialist at Whitewater Commercial Real Estate. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience in the San Diego market, he specializes in transaction coordination, financial analysis, marketing, and multifamily investment sales. A San Diego native, Ricky began his career as an Accountant and Acquisitions Analyst at PacVentures in La Jolla before spending eight years at Marcus & Millichap, where he supported one of the firm's top-performing retail investment teams in San Diego. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from San Diego State University and was an active member of both the Accounting Society and the Urban Land Institute.
