Rima and her team oversee the leasing of Parkway's Houston office portfolio, currently comprised of 9M SF of top-tier assets throughout the city, including the Greenway Plaza and CityWestPlace campuses. Rima was previously a First Vice President at CBRE where she advised regional and national owners and developers on the best approach to position, stabilize and maximize value in their assets.
Throughout her 10 year career, she has had the pleasure of representing many of the country’s most prominent and successful real estate companies, which include institutions, equity funds, private owners and developers. Her client-centered approach drove a growing portfolio of office products in the Greater Houston area. She specialized in the pre-leasing of new construction, and asset repositioning for existing Class A and B office product.
Before joining the Houston CBRE office, she was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Agency Group at CBRE’s office in the Midtown Manhattan office. She worked for organizations such as TIAA-CREF, the Trump Organization and Kushner Companies, and assisted in the $2.9 billion sale of the General Motors Building in New York City, the highest price ever paid for an office tower in the United States at the time.
