Rimas Petrulis serves as Chief Investment Officer of Morgan Properties, a role he assumed in January 2026 after more than two decades with the company. Prior to becoming CIO, he served as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Capital Markets from 2004 to 2026. He has been responsible for structuring and executing real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and various asset management initiatives. He has played a significant role in the firm's multifamily acquisition and financing platform development.
Before joining Morgan Properties in 2004, Rimas Petrulis worked as a Finance Manager at AstraZeneca and previously as a Financial Analyst at Oxford Realty Financial Group. His background combines investment management, capital markets, acquisitions, and finance experience within the real estate sector. Mr. Petrulis graduated with an MBA from University of Maryland at College Park and a BS in Finance from University of Maine.
