Bringing a unique background, R.J. Coday joined Stream Capital Partners in 2023. R.J. is a recent graduate of Georgetown University where he earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate finance. Prior to his time at Georgetown, R.J. spent nearly a decade as a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment, a US Army Special Operations unit where he deployed numerous times to Afghanistan. Before his military service, R.J. graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business Administration. With his extensive experience in leadership, team management, organizational structure, and problem-solving, R.J. plays a critical role in commercial real estate brokerage at Stream’s Virginia office.
