Prior to joining The FBB Group, Ltd. (“FBB”) in 2013, Rob had owned and worked in many different types of businesses. The first business he purchased in 2004 grew to 25 employees utilizing remote work technology and custom software to generate leads for many small/mid-size businesses across the US. From early beginnings at Lockheed Martin to managing teams for Fortune 500 companies, Rob has worked in every role of business including positions as President/CEO, Vice President of Business Development, and Chief Operations Officer. Selling businesses turned out to be a great fit allowing him to apply his hands on experience and individualized approach to help business owners maximize liquidity. His process-centric approach and persistent drive gives him the unique ability to effectively manage the transaction process from start to finish resulting in extremely satisfied sellers and buyers year after year.
