Rob’s Real Estate career began in 1997 when he started with Shores & More Realty as a Buyer Specialist, working on Bruce Larson’s team. At that time, the group was comprised of five people and their market share was growing. For the first decade of Rob’s career, he enjoyed the process of helping his clients learn more about his area and why it is so special. Having the best plan for their specific goals was important because buyers did not have much time to decide if they were going to buy or not- the market was very active, and properties sold fast. With Rob’s 20-plus years of service to his profession and his clients, he feels that he can give a perspective that few agents in his area can. Being an owner of Larson Group and a lifelong resident, he has never lost that energy for just how special his area is. Rob likes to say that his team does small things every day, and they do those things in the right way. After several years, which adds up- and now Rob is fortunate to work for and with people who trust in him.
