Bio
Over the past decade, Rob has acquired a wealth of expertise in all facets of commercial real estate, while competing over 3.1 million square feet of lease, sale, and disposition transactions on behalf of public, private, and institutional users. Known for his thorough and deeply analytical approach, Rob works to align his client’s real estate needs with their overall business objectives, by producing organic financial models to compare potential deal structures, evaluate opportunities, and forecast their P&L impact. In addition to his regional experience, Rob has spearheaded Tactix’s efforts for several national requirements, including office, retail, and life sciences facilities, across more than 50 markets coast-to-coast.
Prior to joining Tactix in 2012, Rob worked in the Global Corporate Services division of an international brokerage firm. Rob assisted corporate clients in the management of office, retail, and industrial transactions, ranging from 3,500 to 530,000 SF. In this role, Rob developed a high level of proficiency while managing each stage of the process, including corporate strategizing, market and financial analysis, site selection, and letter of intent and lease negotiations.
Throughout his career, Rob has had the opportunity to represent some of the most prominent legal, financial services, and life sciences firms in the region, including multiple headquarters and satellite lease transactions for Aberdeen Asset Management, Blank Rome LLP, Brandywine Global Asset Management, CDI Corporation, Covance Inc., FS Investments, Gordon Rees LLP, Imvax Inc., Mullen Coughlin LLC, Post & Schell P.C., Schnader Harrison LLP, and White and Williams LLP.
