As the Broker/Owner of Century 21 New Horizons Rob Della Franzia has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Being born and raised in Bucks County, Rob has an excellent knowledge of the area. He established New Horizons Real Estate in 1983 and began with the Century 21 Franchise in the current location in 1992. This is a prime location with very high traffic counts assisting in providing a strong market presence in this area. Rob services Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia and Chester Counties.
Rob has a very strong background in residential and commercial development along with experience in land sales and development for single and multiple home properties as well as commercial properties.
Through his experience he has also developed strong abilities in zoning issues. From Rob's long experience in the real estate business and his knowledge of managing a business he has instituted a program to recruit and train agents to be able to serve the clients of Century 21 New Horizons in the best available manner.
Through the Century 21 system Rob has established a very efficient and thorough program for a national relocation system to clients seeking to move into this area or to move to other areas of the country.
