During his career, Rob has developed more than 1,500,000 SF of office, retail and industrial assets and has been involved in over 2,800 acres of land and investment sales totaling over $200 million. Prior to joining Tri Properties, Rob served as Director of Asset Management at Scientific Properties where he was also responsible for construction management and redevelopment for the notable Golden Belt and Venable Center projects in Downtown Durham.
