Rob Jouvenal is a Vice President of Construction of the Mountain States Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Rob is responsible for construction planning, management, and completion of multifamily assets in Colorado.
Prior to joining TCR in 2017, Rob spent 15 years with Clark Construction Group, LLC in Washington D.C. During his tenure with Clark, he was responsible for managing the construction of high-rise apartment buildings, student housing, higher-education lab buildings, downtown commercial office buildings, and GSA projects.
Rob graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and holds an ICC General Contractor A-License Certificate in Colorado.
