Bio
Rob LeDoux is a 15-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializing in the sale of institutional-quality multifamily properties throughout Northern California. He is widely respected by clients and peers alike for his strong work ethic, deep transactional expertise, and versatile skill set. Rob is well-versed in all aspects of the sales process, including financial analysis, market research, pricing strategy, marketing, due diligence, escrow management, and contract negotiations. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the sale of more than 15,000 units, totaling over $4 billion in transaction volume.
Prior to joining IPA, Rob held Director roles at both Walker & Dunlop and Newmark, where he oversaw multifamily investment sales across Northern California. Earlier in his career, he served as an analyst with Pacific Urban Investors, a leading apartment investor based in Palo Alto.
A Bay Area native, Rob earned his degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a second-generation real estate professional and has been a licensed real estate salesperson in California since 2008. He currently resides in the town of Danville with his wife and three kids.
