Rob Rain is the Chief Executive Officer for OTO Development. He joined the company in 2024 after transisitioning from Johnson Development Associates a Johnson Group subsidiary. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction for the company in addition to developing the leadership team. Mr. Rain obtained his MBA from Harvard University and his B.A. from Washington & Lee University.
