As a Principal at Cresa New York, Rob focuses on providing strategic real estate advisory services to occupiers locally and nationally. Rob is a member of the Cresa Strategic Leadership Council and former Co-Chair of the Cresa ELC.
Rob’s transaction history encompasses various industries, including technology, media, financial, legal, creative, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, not-for-profit, government, and education. In addition to transaction advisory services, Rob has assisted clients with lease restructuring, incentive negotiations, site selection, portfolio analysis, and project management. Rob also advises and consults to private equity firms on the real estate of their portfolio companies and potential acquisition targets.
Prior to joining Cresa, Rob was with Newmark Knight Frank where he focused on advising both tenants and landlords. While at Newmark he handled leasing for a Manhattan Portfolio of 2 million square feet.
Rob, his wife and two daughters currently reside in Millburn, New Jersey. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
