Robert J. (Rob) Sullivan is a driven and highly-motivated commercial real estate professional. Having grown up in a multigenerational, family-owned manufacturing company, he greatly appreciates connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs and owners to assist with executing on their real estate strategy. Rob takes great pride in demonstrating his expertise and knowledge to his clients in Chicago and nationwide. He works with clients in cold storage, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, etc. Rob, Associate, assists owners and users in the leasing and sales of industrial real estate properties. Working closely with prestigious colleagues, Matthew Stauber, Thomas Rodeno, and Patrick Turner, Rob has a keen focus on the I-290 South sub-market into the city of Chicago. Prior to Rob's experience at Colliers, he developed a strong skillset in business development and marketing. Rob initially started working in industrial real estate brokerage at Bespoke Commercial Real Estate in 2021.
