Robb McCarter has been with NAI Columbia since 2017. As the Director of Research, Robb works closely with our broker specialists and research/marketing team to conduct market research and leverage NAI Columbia’s Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and drone/360 camera technologies to support the firm with a variety of projects. He uses the drone/360 camera to capture a different perspective of a property listing to best showcase all of its offerings to prospect buyers/tenants. He tracks market activity to demonstrate real estate trends and provide insight, client support, and internal analysis. Robb’s focus covers much of the state, in particular central South Carolina.
Prior to joining NAI Columbia, Robb was a Business Services Analyst for Lexington Medical Center. McCarter graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Marketing.
