Bio
With over seven years of commercial real estate experience,
Robbie specializes in investment sales, net-lease, multi-family,
sale-leaseback, 1031 Exchange, office/retail leasing, tenant
representation, and general brokerage throughout the Carolinas
and Georgia.
Robbie’s commercial real estate career began in college,
working as a Research Department Intern at Colliers
International. A native of South Carolina, Robbie earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Darla Moore
School of Business at the University of South Carolina, double
majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Following graduation,
Robbie worked as an Investment Analyst for i3, LLC, a private
wealth management and real estate investment firm based in
Lexington, SC.
Recognizing a passion and talent for facilitating commercial
real estate transactions, Robbie transitioned to a new role as
an Investment Brokerage Associate with NAI Avant, working
on investment sales and development projects throughout the
Carolinas and Georgia. Following his colleagues’ decision to
begin a new venture, in 2019, Robbie joined Trinity Partners’
newly formed Columbia office.
Robbie is a member of the International Council of
Shopping Centers (ICSC), holds a South Carolina Brokers
License and is proficient in Argus Enterprise. He is active in
the community, working as a Competitive Performance and
Staff Coach with South Carolina United FC. In his free time,
Robbie enjoys spending time with his family on the shores of
Lake Murray and their favorite vacations spots: Cedar
Mountain, North Carolina; Snowshoe, West Virginia; and
Florida’s Palm Coast.
