Robert serves as Vice President where he focuses on sourcing new acquisitions in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to NorthBridge, Robert worked for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), where he spearheaded the firm’s urban logistics efforts in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. In this role, Robert executed on investment sales and equity placement assignments in excess of 10 million square feet of first- and final-mile facilities throughout the East Coast.
