Rob Carter has been actively engaged in commercial real estate sales since 1982. Rob graduated with a B.A. in Biology from Wake Forest University. Since helping establish Berkeley Capital Advisors in 1997, Rob has arranged over $3.5 billion in retail investment transactions while representing a variety of private, public and institutional clients. Rob is also involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers, Habitat for Humanity, serves on the Board of Directors for Charlotte Hospice and is the founder of Chameleon’s Journey Children’s Relief Group
