Robert Ciavarra is Babson College educated, IBM trained, and a field tested real estate professional. He has over twenty years experience in all areas of real estate marketing, property management, and construction. He is completely computer literate and current with environmental and the utilities ever changing demands. He is extremely versatile and can contribute in all areas of real estate planning and management. He has maintained several business relationships that started with only a handshake twenty years ago and continue today. In his twenty plus years in this field he has managed millions of sq ft of properties from national historic building to half million sq ft manufacturing and warehouse facilities, fortune 500 retail sites, first class office buildings, commercial condominiums complexes, including hundreds of apartments even Boston brownstones. He is an Unrestricted General Contractor carrying both a Home Improvement License and Brokers License. His real estate experiences have included appeals at the State Elevator Board – expert witness – State Appellate Tax appeals – many local town meeting presentations (Planning and Zoning, Assessors, Board of Health, Selectman, and Building Dept.) and Cape Cod Historic Commission presentation.
