As founder and Managing Member of the company, Robert S. Enea1 brings over thirty years of real estate experience to every deal. Since graduating from CAL in 1980, Robert has worked in the commercial real estate industry, first as an office/retail leasing broker than later as an investment broker for Cushman & Wakefield. In 1987 Robert left Cushman & Wakefield and formed Enea Properties Company, LLC and began forming partnerships to buy and develop commercial, industrial and residential properties. Robert resides in Danville with his wife; Carla, has six grown children is active in the local community and enjoys, hiking, cycling, sailing and skiing.
