Robert Figley is an Acquisitions Associate at Anchor Point Capital specializing in retail assets nationwide. Robert brings a high level of dedication and devotion to his work and adds value with sound real estate and finance analytical skills and a relentless work ethic for the Anchor Point Capital partnership fund. Robert not only sources investment opportunities but also underwrites them to meet the fund’s investment criteria. Assets acquired under Robert’s guidance has grown significantly for the partnership fund. Robert began his professional work career during college working for Mosaic Investments, a finance and accounting firm. There, he applied his education and skills by adding value to the clients on behalf of Mosaic. The portfolio he worked on, while at Mosaic, included major real estate development projects. Robert graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Development along with a minor in Finance in May of 2021. He returned to Arizona for graduate school to earn a Master’s in Real Estate Development where he developed a strong understanding of commercial real estate investments. While at Arizona, Robert played for the Men’s Rugby team where he was a Collegiate All-American and Co-Captained the team in his senior year. Robert was involved in the US Jr National Team for rugby. With his spare time, he enjoys playing rugby, snowboarding, fitness, swimming in the ocean, and spending time with friends and family.
