Rob Graham is currently a Senior Vice President with CBRE, Inc., joining the firm following its merger with Insignia/ESG in July 2003. Mr. Graham has been a dedicated suburban landlord representative since 1991. During the last few years, he has been involved in several million square feet of lease and sales transactions in properties ranging from existing multi-tenant buildings to new construction and headquarters build-to-suits. Mr. Graham draws on excellent market knowledge and established relationships within the real estate community and is a recognized expert in the suburban office market.
Rob was a member of the leasing team responsible for one of the largest suburban office transactions, a 10-year, 402,000 square feet lease with U.S Robotics in Rolling Meadows. Mr. Graham has been honoured with the Midwest Region Agency Executive of the Year award.
