Bob began his real estate career in 1984 at Coldwell Banker Commercial/CB Richard Ellis in the Wheel Program in Los Angeles, California. Bob was one of the original founding members of CB Commercial Retail Tenant Services Group in Southern California, and a top producer at the regional and national level. Bob is also a founding member of X Team International, a network of 35 Boutique Retail Brokerage offices across the country. In addition to his role as Treasurer on the board at X Team International, Bob is an active member of ICSC and has served as a speaker at numerous industry meetings.
