Bob Herber joined The Telos Group, LLC in 2016. Bob is a highly regarded 25-year veteran in the Chicago CBD real estate community with extensive tenant broker relationships. He brings an ownership perspective to the team and a value creation focus to deal making. Over the last 10 years Bob has held positions in asset management at Equity Office Properties (managing 20 million square feet), Equity Commonwealth (managing 6 million square feet) and the RMR Group (managing a 14 million square feet) respectively. Prior, Bob was the managing director of leasing overseeing the Chicago CBD portfolio (6 million square feet) for Equity Office. Bob is a creative dealmaker who is skilled in delivering attractive deals to maximize asset value. He is also a strategic executive who has experience leading an asset and property management platform of over 125 employees. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame in Business Administration with Honors majoring in finance and business economics.
