As a Senior Vice President, Bob Hoffmann brings more than 24 years of facilities management operations and commercial real estate experience to Cushman Wakefield's Global Occupier Services group and to portfolio clients in every sector. Prior to joining Cushman Wakefield, Bob served as the Director of General Services and Facilities for Agfa Corporation and Matrix Instruments Inc. In this lead role, Bob managed the entirety of Agfa's North American corporate real estate activities, facilities management operations and administrative services functions, including facility and property management and space planning functions. Bob devised and administered long-term plans for the remediation, demolition and dispositions of corporate assets that culminated through a variety of acquisitions and mergers. Bob was also responsible for budget preparations for all North American locations. He also oversaw Agfa’s North American travel and corporate credit card programs, fleet administration for more than 800 vehicles, non-manufacturing procurement (automotive fleet, airlines, hotels, etc.) and the company’s office services, reception, graphic design and environmental departments. His continuing duties included the supervision of Agfa’s North American corporate security services, airline management, safety programs, cafeteria programs, archive management, crisis management programs and the oversight of all North American facilities management and office services employees. The scope of service includes; asset disposition, lease renewals and finding and negotiating de novo sites in the northeast geography. Currently managing 90 + dialyses related real estate transactions in face paced, rapid growth environment.
