Bio
Robert is a Senior Vice President with the San Antonio office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, King handles retail project leasing and retail tenant representation, as well as general brokerage, in the San Antonio area. Prior to joining Weitzman, King’s experience in the San Antonio market included directing the operations of Paige Investments, a firm he founded in 2006 that acted as a preferred developer for a roster of tenants including Dollar General and Starbucks. He also has experience with HPI Real Estate Services & Investments, where he worked on development and leasing for well-known projects such as Park North and City Base Landing.
