Mr. Kirsten joins our team with extensive Commercial Real Estate experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in Investment Property Sales ranging from Office, Retail, Industrial and Multifamily Properties, advising Buyers and Sellers. Mr. Kirsten also has an extensive background in both the Financial Services and Alternative Energy (BioFuel) Industry. At Wells Fargo Bank and Pax World Funds, he was responsible for over $3 Billion in net inflows over the course of his career, leading mutual fund distribution efforts through numerous broker/dealer networks, as well as structuring individual and institutional portfolios as well as retail financial products. He also led both venture investments as well as lobbying efforts at the Federal, State and Local level to form joint partnerships and incentives at Sirona Fuels, a biofuel startup.
Mr. Kirsten leverages his comprehensive financial analysis knowledge, business development, negotiating skills, as well as market knowledge and forecasting, alongside a drive to provide stellar customer service to ensure his clients garner the best value in all transactions he undertakes. Mr. Kirsten lives with his wife and three children in San Francisco’s Mission district. He is active in his community, attending and volunteering at Glide Church and his children’s’ school PTSAs.
