Bob LaFever is a Managing Director for Greystar Development and Construction Services in California, specifically Orange and San Diego counties.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2014, Bob was Vice President of Multifamily Development for The Picerne Group, where he led Southern California Acquisition and Development efforts. Prior to joining The Picerne Group, he was Co-Founder of the Southern California Division of Waypoint Homes, an institutional leader in the single-family rental asset class, which is now publicly traded after its merger with Starwood. Previously, he served as Vice President of Multifamily Development for Trammell Crow Residential.
Bob is a graduate of Arizona State University with bachelor of science degrees in Finance and Marketing, and a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development.
